Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquire physical possession of the goods. For multiple items in one order, the period begins when you receive the last item.

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Convenient withdrawal via our Self-Service Portal

You can also submit your withdrawal directly through our Shopify Self Serve Returns System.

Log into your customer account (tuftinglove.com/account) and go to your order history. For fulfilled orders, you will find a "Request Return" button there.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs for the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. If you chose a more expensive shipping method, we will only refund the costs of the least expensive standard delivery. The costs for returning the goods are borne exclusively by the customer.

Refund Options

You can choose between the following refund methods:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Store Credit applied to your customer account, valid for 24 months

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise (e.g., Store Credit); in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Returns

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Important: The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for:

• Goods that have been customized according to customer specifications (e.g., custom-cut fabrics)
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Consumable materials that have already been opened or partially used (e.g., opened yarn spools, started craft kits)
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
